What will your treatment be like?
Every treatment involves some Neuromuscular Reprogramming (NMR), which is a diagnostic tool that involves muscle testing for imbalances to see if muscles are in a compensation pattern. Then Active Release Techniques (ART) is used to treat the texture, tightness, and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and nerves using a series of treatment protocols – over 500 specific moves – which are unique to ART. As needed, you will be taught specific exercises to help you strengthen weak muscles.  And, Fascial Movement Taping is used to support the muscles between treatment sessions.
